- Visualize what you want to look like - end result - do this daily - about 5-10 minutes

- Meditate on all the positive things you will gain when you achieve your goals - ex. energy, confidence, health, persistence, etc.

- Be particular - know what you want - don't leave it to chance - your results and your determination are fueled by your vision

Get Specific

- Prepare daily (mentally) for your workouts - get excited - one more workout closer to your goals

- Be consistent - consistency is everything in your health program - you will not get healthy if you are not consistent

*All of this will increase your efficiency - you will get better results in a shorter period of time - and that is my goal
